First impressions: I can see why people didn't like it--what with the stiff-looking character animations, cheesy dialogue, and tricky combat controls. Still, the environments are cool, the fire effects look awesome, and I do appreciate being able to enter cities and buildings without load screens.
I'm ignoring all roadmaps and strategy guides and playing as a magic user. Already I've found this to be very...*very* useful. If I stand near a magic spot (recharging my mana) I can spam my fire spells. So long as I keep moving and jumping back, I can take on up to twelve enemies at the same time, even at low levels.

i didn't like the gameplay, dialogue and animatiosn didn't bother me.

Heres a tip, get Necromancy asap and level it up to 3. When you start fighting the necromancers you get so many Poison Missle thing cards its not funny (UBER PWANGE NECROMANCERS FTW!)
I never actually played the entire thing. I only tried the demo and barely made it through that because the dialogue and voice acting were so awful. I'm still tempted to pick it up, though, since the "epic pack" is only $20. I bet if I just turned the sound off, I could play through it with no complaints. :)
