Professor-Silly played Alpha Protocol

As I mentioned earlier, completed third playthrough, which also earned me No Compromise, No Mercy in addition to No Time For Love and Hardcore. Playing on Veteran is definitely the way to go! As far as playing on Hard, I'd highly recommend choosing stealth, pistol, and technical aptitude. Using silent running and shadow to jog around the map, stabbing soldiers in the throat one after the other just can't be beat, followed by chain shot-ing the boss with five critical hits to the face...run around a corner for brilliance, re-starting shadow, and doing one more round of chain shots...this technique made short work of every boss in the end game (except the helicopter, of course).
